  1. Archie MacLellan said this photo for him was one that was newsworthy. He mused about the photo collection on the wall, thinking it unlikely to be a family home in Antigonish in 1917. This photo came from the C. J. MacGillivray album, and many of the photos were from his time in Winnipeg.

    Ron McConnell and Archie discussed this photo in the Big Tent at the Highland Games, trying to identify both guns and musical instruments:
    Guns: Metzger, Winchester Lee, shotgun
    Instruments: Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba
    What is the difference between a euphonium and tuba other than size???
